We purchased our spa here about a year ago and got a great deal on a 5-seater with a lounge chair, retractable cover, and saltwater system. The installation location was very challenging, but their team handled it perfectly and got the spa in place with no damage at all—I honestly wouldn’t want to deal with moving it out of that spot. When it came time for our six-month cleaning, they had to come out twice and only charged us once, which really says a lot about their integrity. Great, knowledgeable sales and service from start to finish. If you’re looking for a spa, come here first.

Purchased a high tech SpaEase tub with salt system, auto-lift cover and Wifi control. Factory Spas Direct agreed to remove my 20 year old, heavy, 8 person tub too. Paul asked me for info and digital site pics, well before he and Dave arrived with my new tub the very next day! They were so careful and methodical when removing my old tub. It was a challenge, but no complaints from them. Then they installed my new tub just as l wanted it. Whether a simple or complex installation, this is a company you can trust to do the job right. Ernie from Factory Spas Direct, is a man of his word. We contacted him for a new SPA and we needed it immediately. Within 36 hours, and by his own hands, Ernie and one of his employees arrived at my location (2 hrs away) with our new tub. He then removed the old hot tub and delivered it to an address 2 hours north. The delivery fee was the equivalent of gas money. In less than 2 weeks after delivery of my new tub, I called Ernie to slightly modify my tub and upgrade the salt system. He traveled back to my location, upgraded the system, within 24 hours of my request. Thus I praise Ernie as a man of his word. Ernie, thank you for your honesty, and many thanks for sacrificing your time to be therefore and my needs. I love my SPA, I 100% appreciate the time you spent with us to help us choose the best SPA for our needs.

(First time hot tub purchase ever) I cant say enough good things about my spa buying experience. Ernie walked me though the different options available to fit what I wanted. I bought it on a Friday and it was delivered Monday mid morning. Paul and Dave (the guys who delivered it) worked together like Maverick and Goose. I was firing off half a million questions and they were answering them in detail to make sure I knew what I was doing. They walked me through the startup process, tips/tricks, and were so incredibly nice and helpful. The only thing I forgot to do was give them the coveted 80's high five. They deserved it. I give them 5 stars. Highly recommend. I'll fight anyone who says otherwise. (I'm just kidding, I dont fight) but for real, love this place.
